Benefit Real Cheeky Party- Blushing Beauty Kit

Hey folks how are you all sorry been a gap in my posts I like to take the time to think of what I want to post and make sure I have used the products enough to give my personal thoughts.

Tonight I am going to write about this beautiful Blushing Beauty Kit that Benefit brought out last year, I'm not sure if this item was limited edition or not.

Well being addicted to all things make up and cosmetics while browsing on john lewis website I came across this and thought I need this in my life.

Lets just start of by saying how groovy the packaging is, its this retro looking tin with a neon green dot pattern on the lid of the box you can feel the dots on the lid of the box also which is good for those of us who like feeling different textures. It also has neon pink with black dots all around the side.

So I think this is very fun to have in my collection and to look at.

I'm going to insert a picture now of the inside.

So within this beauty tin there are 4 blushes which are staple benefit products out there in the original collection.

The benefit beauty lovers bronzer which is hoola.

A watts up mini highlighter which is a cream formula and I have to say love the play on words with the name.

A mini push up they're real eye liner in black and also a they're real black mascara.

Dandelion- which is a light subtle pink blush.

Rockateur- more of a peach with slight iridescent fleck through it also has a slight floral scent which some folk might not like.

Sugar bomb-  this is my favorite one of them all it is a mix of colors and it also has a slight floral scent and gives thee best glow to the cheeks you could try aiming your brush if you have a small brush into one of the four triangles of the blush or just go for it and mix them all together.

Hoola-  this is a matte brown bronzer I am sure many of you have heard of this item and possibly even have it in your make up collection not to sure what to say on it, its a decent enough product and I have also used it to contour.

coralistia- the clue is in the name ha, its your coral blush I would say in the pan it look so bright but once added to the skin and my skin tone is medium it gives you the most beautiful glow especially with a bit of a tan in the summer weather.

They're Real eye liner in black- I have to say I'm not a fan of this at all I just cannot get to grips with it you take the lid of it and its got the rubbery angled applicator you twist up the liner and then supposed to glide onto your lash line, well I'm not great with liquid liners anyway but normally gel ones I am ok but this was just a nightmare.

They're Real mascara- I have to say again this was not for me so I gave this away to a friend who loves it. Personally it was to clumpy for me and was making my eyelashes look a mess.

Watts up- this is a beautiful liquid formulation  highlighter and I love it its got enough sheen in it but its not over the top as some highlighter are wow and totally out there. I would definitely buy the full size product of this item.

I paid 26 pounds for this now that is amazing value as most of these item individually retail for around 20 odd pounds on there own.

If you are thinking of looking for this particular item or i believe they have brought out another cheek kit I highly recommend it.

Have a great Monday guys and speak to you all very soon xxx.

My Current Skin Care Routine/ Review

Well Happy Monday every one and as much as it has finally heat up out there I am defiantly not cut out for warm weather it just kills me and makes me grumpy ha!.
In saying that though I have been lying out in sun most of the day in garden since it is my day off and we all like to get a little tanned.
Tonights post I am going to talk about what I use and do for my current skin care, I say current as it changes from time to time and products added and some not used unless have a current skin issue or its winter.
 1. Botanics Hydration Burst 3 in 1 Micellar Cleanser.

First of all this one is for dehydrated and sensitive skin, its more so for removal off make up particularly on the eyes and lips. Its got soothing Clary Sage in it, it comes in a 250ml bottle so going to last you a good while even if used daily. Botanics is also retailed at a decent price and I bought this from boots the chemist.

I only use this when I have make up on apply it to a cotton pad and folding over the pad with my index finger I move the pad up and down gently over my lids and lashes to remove my eyeshadow and mascara.
I do that on both eyes and sometimes use another wipe just to remove stubborn mascara left under my eye, using your index finger is the best way and how I was shown doing my facial diploma.

2. Clinique Take The Day Of Cleansing Milk.

This is a milk cleanser and first time I have tried this item the main reason I chose this was it was on offer.
I have used a few items of Clinique before and there good for people that are sensitive as non of the products are scented there fragrance free.

This can be used with or without water to dissolve make up also, its suitable for all skin types but mainly good for those with drier skin.
You massage this over the skin with your fingertips and then either remove with luke warm water or cotton pads to leave your skin feeling moisturized and refreshed.
Personally I apply the item to cotton pad and weep over my face after using the cleansing water then I get another clean cotton pad and remove the make up I am wearing. If I'm not wearing make up I will only used one cotton pad for removal of the cleanser on a daily basis, but when wearing a face of make up I double cleanse and use quiet a few cotton pads.

3. Botanics Cleansing Toner All Bright.

This step is my all time favorite step in skin care I absolutely love the feeling off toner on my skin without a shadow of a doubt I believe it makes a difference to have a skin care routine and do it every night before going to bed. I have re purchased this particular one a few times as I genuinely like it and its affordable its 250ml and it works for my skin, First time I tried it was in a skin care set along with a day/ night cream for hydrating skin which also was amazing but I don't have them at the minute.
For me the feeling of toner is like re born fresh skin its just amazing I feel totally refreshed. I do this every night without fail.

 4. Origins Ginzing Energy Boosting Moisturizer.

I received this within a gift set for my Christmas.

It says its an energy moisturizer on the skin and you can use it morning and night.
I personally use it in the evening as I already have a thicker day cream that I use in the day.
Its a light weight oil free moisturizer that hydrates fortified with skin boosters like gingzing and coffee beans and can be used on dry, normal or oily skin. and retails at 25 pounds for 50ml.

5. Origins Ginzing Refreshing Eye Cream To Brighten And De puff.

This is the last thing I apply within my routine I always though you added eye cream under moisturizer but you don't its last thing you add.
Now cos this is to brighten eyes and de Puff there is no point in going to bed with it on to be honest is there but I do apply it at night. I also have a tester of a revitalizing eye powder then changes into liquid under your eye I tend to use that off a morning.
This cream also has coffee beans, ginzing, magnolia extracts and natural optical brighteners. there formula of the cream is very pink or peachy irredentist and you defiantly don't need much at all it lasts a long time as a little goes along way. I only have the 5ml as was in a gift set but I have all so tried the full sized pot and it lasts ages even with every day use.
For 100ml it retails at 20 pounds. I defiantly if I have the worst under eye bags or look tired think it does brighten them up all so with under your eyes being such a sensitive area some people find it hard to get a product that is right for them and doesn't irritate them and I have found this works well for me.

Well folks I Hope you have had a good Monday and enjoy reading my latest  post.

Bodyshop Spa Of The World Hawaiian Kukui Cream

Hey folks today I'm going to have a chat about this body shop cream.

The body shop has been going for a long time and are always bringing out more and more amazing products and ranges within there shops.

One of there latest ranges it currently Spa of the World.

This is the only item from the range I own and have tried and its the body cream its a huge tub 350ml retailing at 23 pounds which might seem expensive but believe me you get loads out of it. I have had this product since November 2015 and I am still nowhere near finished.

Granted I don't use it every since day or night I am still impressed with the amount you get for your money.

Kukui oil  helps restore the skins nature suppleness, making it nourished and soft.

It also smells amazing It absorbs well into the skin doesn't leave it feeling sticky or oily one thing I will say is wait till mostly dried into skin before putting clothes on as can be a bit tricky.

If I'm honest I prefer creams that absorb quicker but do the job to keeping my skin in good condition and moisture locked in as I have dry/dehydrated skin.

So if your looking for a good body all over cream and you want value for your money then get yourself to a body shop store or on line and purchase this item.

Have a great Sunday xxx
